Only criticism I have is how long I waited for my appointment. I saw the doctor almost 2 hours after my appointment but, He was kind and thorough! He took the time to properly and fully explain what I am facing and any options for me.

Everyone is very nice and kind. Although the front people that check you in, seem like they hate their job. Not friendly at all! But never rude.
