Dr. Nero is very thorough and clear with his findings and what needs to happen. He does not sugar coat anything. This is something I appreciate.

Dr. Nero was thorough with his MRI results. Careful consideration to maintain monitoring my condition, and analysis was to treat as needed of pain reoccurs.

Dr Nero is not a warm and fuzzy but very competent and has now done 2 surgeries for me perfectly. Could not be more pleased with him!
