Our appointment time was at 10:00. We arrived 15 min. early as recommended. We waited and waited. Finally was seen and left at 1:45. That is an extreamly extra waiting time expected for 75 year old people. We were starved to death.

Dr Patrick Louis and the staff are great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and informative! I have recommended him in the past and will continue to recommend him in the future.

I had surgery with Dr. Louis 2 weeks ago, everything went smooth, great Dr. he listens and knows what he is doing. The nurses and front desk ladies are great!!

The wait after appointment time can be long. I waited an hour and 45 minutes after appointment time before I was seen by a dr and my surgeon. Other than that the experience and healthcare providers are amazing.

The wait time was too long,well over an hr.. That nurse who came in to triage my son was dry and she barely acknowledged me. Just because he's 17,and old enough to consent doesn't mean you should treat me like I'm not present. A nurse called me days prior to pre-register and she asked me questions about my son's medication . The nurse yesterday clearly didn't have the right medication list. Other than that, Dr.Louis was just as pleasant and kind as ever.

They had to work me in without an appointment due to my pain level. Dr. Louis and his resident I suppose were totally professional, understanding, and attentive to my needs and explained all circumstances to my satisfaction!
