My appt was for 9:15 and I wasn't seen until closer to 11am so that was bothersome but once I was seen I was pleased with the service

Very clean, friendly, and professional. Miss Erin had a big smile and everyone else was kind and courteous. The x-ray techs, resident, and surgeon were great as well.

Our appointment time was at 10:00. We arrived 15 min. early as recommended. We waited and waited. Finally was seen and left at 1:45. That is an extreamly extra waiting time expected for 75 year old people. We were starved to death.

The wait after appointment time can be long. I waited an hour and 45 minutes after appointment time before I was seen by a dr and my surgeon. Other than that the experience and healthcare providers are amazing.
