The wait after appointment time can be long. I waited an hour and 45 minutes after appointment time before I was seen by a dr and my surgeon. Other than that the experience and healthcare providers are amazing.

The wait time was too long,well over an hr.. That nurse who came in to triage my son was dry and she barely acknowledged me. Just because he's 17,and old enough to consent doesn't mean you should treat me like I'm not present. A nurse called me days prior to pre-register and she asked me questions about my son's medication . The nurse yesterday clearly didn't have the right medication list. Other than that, Dr.Louis was just as pleasant and kind as ever.

They had to work me in without an appointment due to my pain level. Dr. Louis and his resident I suppose were totally professional, understanding, and attentive to my needs and explained all circumstances to my satisfaction!

Dr. Louis, Dr. [ ] (resident), the assistant, and Felicia, were all beyond kind, mannerable, and a pleasure to have assisting us during the visit. I really hope that they continue with their level of professionalism. Dr. Louis was very very knowledgeable, respectful, and kind! He discussed various options and kindly answered any questions that we had. Our 11 yr old was very comfortable with his expertise and everything about him during the appointment. Thank you Dr. Louis and staff. Also, thank you to the front desk check-in staff. They were very kind and professional! Such a beautiful facility with beautiful staff! Thank you again for the professional service that you provided to us!

I really liked going to Hoover versus the Kirkland clinic not having to go downtown that was a big plus it was easy on easy off the interstate

The personnel all were very professional and helpful. I like the fact that the Prosthodontist
was just down the hallway from the surgery office. Other oral surgeons would not have one so close.

EVERY one of the staff and doctors were extremely professional and courteous.
I felt like I was running late but I wasn't but the young lady that checked me in calmed me down and continued to be kind and thoughtful when she saw I was stressed.
Dr. Lewis and his staff were knowledgeable and made me feel reassured I was in great hands!!
Valet service attendants were also kind, and efficient.

I have been to the clinic 3 times. Each time I have had to wait 2 hours before the MD came in. Each face to face visit with the doctor lasted less than 10 minutes. The wait time is way too long and the MD has no concern for his patient's time.
