Dr [ ], Patrick Giadrosich,(CNRP), and the entire team treat my wife and I always with the utmost care. I look at the entire staff as friends, because of the way we’re treated at every visit we have.

We always feel like we are listened to and our concerns met. I wish there had been a way to get in earlier. We arrived almost 2 hours early and couldn't get worked in. We love so far south of town that going back home from another appointment wasn't feasible.
UAB did nothing wrong, but would have been nice to have another avenue to advance the time to see someone . Everyone was very nice though. Even though we couldn't work in early

The nurse was quite rough trying to find a vein. Her lack of confidence was unsettling. The mri tech was somewhat cold in her demeanor. All business, no friendly banter.

Although my appointment with Dr [ ] had been changed twice, I am always able to get in with Patrick instead. He takes time to listen to questions and concerns, answers without making you feel stupid for asking, and celebrates your life victories with you. More medical professionals should be like him instead of making you feel rushed throughout your entire appointment.

Very caring, listens to everything I have to say in a caring way. WAS ON TIME AND I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT ON HIM. Resolved my issue and told me to call back with any questions if I had forgotten anything I wanted to say or he needed to know. I felt like he truly cared about me health. I would suggest anyone that ask to use him.

The folks at Gardendale are always so kind and patient. I end up driving past a lot of other places on my way over but it's worth it.
