Dr Connors was a stranger, but made me feel very at ease and took very good care of me. I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for a comfortable bedside manner.

He is so kind and considerate carefully. Listening to all of my concerns showed his knowledge and expertise without condescension. Literally my favorite specialist out of all my huge lists of specialists!

He is very good with patients.. He explains at the patients level so there is a full understanding.. He is great with his staff so the office seems to be upbeat.. The staff seems to enjoy their job which makes for great customer service

The building they were located in is nor kept up. Leaves were piled in front of the door and most of the lights in the lobby were burned out.

The receptionist is your front line your greeter your quarterback. I thought she was exceptional. The Dr. was so kind and was close to my age which made me feel more comfortable.

I wish I had found Dr. Conner sooner! The receptionist at checkout was very friendly also. Customer service is huge especially in an over saturated field. No one likes to go to the doctor, but if you have a staff or doctors who don’t like their jobs or the people they are helping, you won’t have people returning
