Primary Health referred me to St Al's Dr Coleman and said they sent history and labs but none was available for Dr Coleman. He spent most of his time getting these from me. I called later and asked them to fax everything they needed for him to review. He said Primary Health system doesn't electronicly talk to each other. That's sad!!

Not only am I completely satisfied with my visits to Dr. Coleman but he is always helpful and very quick to respond in “My Chart”. And I communicate a lot but he is patient with me and always answers my questions.

The only recommendation I have is to be more clear on next steps- 2 days have passed and I have t been contacted for scheduling follow up items. Also when checking out, I was informed I’d see a PA instead of Dr. Coleman for my next visit. It would be nice to have Dr. Coleman share that with me as part of next steps.
