I liked the bedside manner of Dr. Battey. I am especially relaxed and happy when doctors give a nice warm smile, which he did. Good eye contact. Got a brochure to tell me about the carotid artery. Listened very attentively and answered all of my questions satisfactorily.

There are not adequate words to convey my appreciation for the care, concern and clear explanation provided by Dr. Battey. I have not experienced this level of professionalism coupled with warmth ever in my 72 years. He sets the best example for other physicians and health care providers.

I visited the clinic for second opinion and I found the most humble, caring and wonderful doctor. I should say the best. I was with my son and brother. We asked him several questions and he did his best to explain to us in layman's words. It was clear that he was prepared, read all information about my health condition well in advance. he brought a booklet out and he showed us the condition of my health. One other thing that impressed me was that he gave me his telephone number and encouraged me to contact him any time. I have not seen such a thing before and ehen I left the clinic, I thanked God for sending me to this wonderful person.
