Dr Zahner is outstanding in her knowledge of urogynecology but is also such a compassionate and supportive doctor. She is a 10/10.

I would like for the health care systems to not have a policy of don't call us, we'll call you. I don't like having cold calls and I don't like dealing with centralized patient navigators. When I tried to call Virtua about something else the other day, I was behind 22 other calls in the queue. This system's not working. Then I get important calls back when I'm driving or taking a shower or in a business meeting. That's it. Bye.

I was very pleased with so far, but I don't know if it's going to work yet, and I'm not finished what she told me to do. So I am very happy so far, and if everything works out, I'll be so happy. Thank you so much. That's all I can say right now. Bye.

Dr Zahner is a wonderful addition to my care team at Virtua. She was very professional and explained everything fully, including answers to my many questions. She was very pleasant and put me at ease quickly. I was pleased and relieved at how impressive she was. I would highly recommend her to others.

Wish I could continue to be her Patient, but she doesn't handle the Pessary Care I need, after this visit! She is Kind, Thoughtful & was able to Help me! I will miss her! ???

The front assistant was very slow,She checked out patients, and at the same time, she checks in patients. To make it to your appointment on time,You need someone else to check patients out. The Dr. was somewhat distracted at first but got better later as we spoke.

Despite calling on three occasions with concerns no one ever called me back. Nor did they respond to a call from my doctor's office.

Dr. Patricia Zahner is fantastic. I loved her. I loved her bedside manner. I liked every conversation I had with her. And I loved the way she treated me in the OR during the procedure. And her staff at the surgery center was fantastic. The whole entire experience was a 10 out of 10. Thank you very much.

Dr Zahner is a great doctor. She listen and provided other medical options for my medical situation. In addition, she explains everything for me to understand. Dr. Zahner is the best. Thank you.

I am unhappy though, was fitted with a device ( pesstarie) and few hrs later it was out. Called but cannot be seen for 2 weeks. I have waited months & months. Would take 10 min. Very disappointing

The doctor recommends when to return for your next appointment and I have never been able to get an appointment within that timeframe. I find that very annoying and frustrating!

I had a wonderful experience with the entire staff and Doctor when I came from my visit, but I will let you know that as someone who works in the medical field for over 25 years the young lady who called to reschedule my original appointment was beyond unprofessional and really should require further training in customer service and how to speak with patients. She was rude, would not let me finish speaking and proceeded to insult the original person who scheduled the appointment whom was actually super helpful and pleasant. This experience with the scheduler definitely made me apprehensive about coming into the appointment thinking that I would be treated the same way. From the receptionist at check in all the way to the doctor they were absolutely wonderful but that young lady at scheduling really needs to be retrained

The doctor and the person in the room with the doctor was wonderful. The problem I had is when I checked in, the receptionist was not so fabulous. And when I wanted to check out, there was nobody at the desk. I waited about 10 minutes and then I just left.

Doctor Zahner is a wonderful Doctor. I am fortunate to have had her has my Doctor. She listens and explains everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She corrected my Uterus and Bladder prolapse. So far, happy with the results.

She explained that they could do additional adjustments to my stimulator at the office that day. She recommended that they increase the number of stimulator session from three times a week to seven. I was so happy there were immediate changes that could be made. Dr. Zahner had the device technician at the office that day, and she was very nice and efficient. I am seeing an improvement already. It was an excellent and productive visit. They informed me that I still have options, if needed, to reach my goal.

I thought Dr. Zahner was very nice and treated me with respect, but she made me feel as though she was not really interested in caring for me because she said that all people that had interstitial cystitis and recurrent UTIs were to see the nurse practitioner and not her because she was a surgeon and she wasn't really interested in taking care of those types of problems. That only you could only go see the nurse practitioner in her practice, that she was a surgeon and that was what her main job was doing. Surgery.
