everything is good, I like how they communicate and listen. but there is one minus - a very long wait. you have to wait for the doctor in the office for 30-40 minutes. it is too long.

the physicians and nurses are always nice and always thorough. but again, the wait times in the waiting room and then the wait time to get shots, or notes or prescriptions really is ridiculous.
