As always, Dr Mercado is always polite, caring, professional, and gives a very thorough exam. The entire experience makes me very glad that I have her for a doctor. Her staff is always wonderful.

Everyone was very polite and professional from the moment I signed in for my appointment until I left. Dr. Mercado and Marge, NP do a wonderful job of listening to my concerns and addressing them without me feeling as if they are not important.

Other Dr's could learn a lot from her, her bedside manor and her methods for treating patients!

Was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice, informative and willing to answer any questions. The nurse that took my vitals, the PA that did my skin check, and Dr. Mercado were very thorough with my skin exam and explained to me what the issues I wanted checked were.
They did this in a very friendly, professional and comfortable manner.
Dr. Mercado and her team did a great job. I was very pleased with the caring way they took care of me.

Everyone is nice and attentive. I feel that they actually care about the patients and that says a lot. They listen and they are willing to fight insurance companies who have made it harder for working people to get what is needed but the Drs fight for our rights. A+

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Dr appointment. It was quick and comprehensive. The only thing I would change would be the amount of people in the room. 5 people in the room is a lot at one time.
