Dr Mercado understands the problems I’m going through and took great care of me by scheduling the blue light treatments out far enough to give me enough time to hopefully get healed up. Thanks

Dr Mercado and her Medical Resident were outstanding. They were very kind and compassionate during my exam and they truly listened to my concerns. They also gave me some needed reassurance and encouragement— made me feel well cared for. I very much appreciate their medical expertise as well as their ability to make one feel at ease in talking with them. I am also impressed by the entire team and grateful for the care provided by everyone — including the young women at the entry reception desk who were amazing. Dermatology at UAB certainly gets my highest kuddos for excellence in practice!

DOCTORS WERE VERY PROFESSIOAL AND POLITE AND THE NURSE ALIKE. I COULD NOT HAVE RECIEVED BETTER CARE. I WAS SEEN PROMPTLY AND VERY AT EASE WITH THE BIOPSY THAT WAS TAKEN. I AM ANXIOUS TO HEAR WHAT THE BIOPSY SHOWED.

Dr Mercado has always been very through in her exa.s and on explaining every detail of why treatment was or was not needed.
Other Dr's could learn a lot from her, her bedside manor and her methods for treating patients!

Was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice, informative and willing to answer any questions. The nurse that took my vitals, the PA that did my skin check, and Dr. Mercado were very thorough with my skin exam and explained to me what the issues I wanted checked were.
They did this in a very friendly, professional and comfortable manner.
Dr. Mercado and her team did a great job. I was very pleased with the caring way they took care of me.
