I wasn't happy at first w/ the appt being held via telehealth because I was afraid it would be rushed and I wouldn't totally be heard. But Dr. Garcia spent an adequate amount of time with me and I felt she didn't rush me at all. She listened, made sure she took complete notes and came up with a 'game plan' for next steps.
