If I could give my provider a 20 I would. Dr Patterson is incredible. She is the first person who has ever listened to me and tried to help with both my inspire and my insomnia. She has been a true blessing.

I recommended my brother because his pulmonary Dr at Brookwood has left. He has an appointment with Dr. Patterson [ ]. Dr. Patterson is the best pulmonary Dr I have encountered since I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 1998. She has such a thorough understanding and has helped me with every concern I have asked about.

The medical personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. I had a short wait before being treated.
I do have one area that needs improving and it is not with the medical staff. The sleep center was very difficult to locate. There are no signs that identify the building. There is an emergency room entrance at the same building which makes matters worse.

Excellent customer service from front desk to Dr. Patterson the primary provider. Dr. Patterson also provided extensive information on my CPAP device and medical information on sleep apnea.

Dr. A was so kind. Very patient, answered all my questions, went out of her way to be accommodating. As always I have been very pleased with my experience at UAB. I drive an hour just to see my doctors at this facility because the care is so much better than the hospital in my town

every single staff member I interacted with were so amazing, kind, and caring.
I have had to jump through so many hoops to have a doctor take me seriously, and this clinic is where it finally happened! After having every doctor say I was being dramatic, it was so amazing to have someone finally sit down and listen. Not just listen, but explain their thought process and diagnostic predictions. I was well informed, taken care of, and respected.
Throughout the sleep study process all of the staff taking care of me paid special attention to my needs and care. From delightful small talk, to small gestures like asking if I want the closet door closed, using towels to block the light from the window, to using a damp washcloth to ease the removal process of sensors, everything was amazing!
It has been amazing to feel like I was being listened to, respected, and cared for in my experience!

This was my first registration visit to the center. Although I called the Sleep Study Dept tel # ahead to get general info, I was not told to come in on the ER side. It was confusing and I did not find signage easy to direct me to the correct place coming from the front of the hospital. Dr Patterson was excellent. She was professional, courteous, explained aspects of why the study is needed re my history, and answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly. I felt very fortunate to be assigned to her as my Sleep Study contact physician.

Excellent experience with Drs. Jordan and Patterson. Listened to my concerns regarding my sleep issues. Offered options for sleep study. Carefully explained surgical procedure for possible Inspire device. They were superb.
