Patricia was great. I would suggest that the staff the checked people in refrain from taking person calls in the middle of check in and be a bit more friendly to all patients. Also, communicate next steps more effectively.

Ms. Patricia, is very well informed about her job every recommendation. every suggestion that she ever gave me. if I follow the instruction, I have a good sleep experience,every time. I get off that instruction something doesn’t go aswell my health get poor. She’s very well informed about her job. She gave well informing information. She listened to you and explain how to clean your CPAP machine how to change the humidity, etc.. She’s very good at her job.

She is incredibly efficient and has a knowledge base that is truly unmatched. She listens and used the medical history to capture what are most likely some long underlying issues. I really feel confident in her assessment and extremely hopeful that the testing supports her conclusions. She is so dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the patient. She is rare and one of the best practitioners that I have ever encountered!
