I appreciate it when she admits to not having all the answers. People who claim to know everything are dangerous, unless of course they are geniuses.... but the average person isn't. She recommended that I keep my appointment with a specialist that I had previously canceled which made me feel that she supported my right to get information to help me understand and feel good about decisions involving my health.

Dr. Burgess was extremely professional while at the same time very caring and compassionate. I felt like she really listened to me and heard my concerns. I did not feel rushed at all and feel very blessed that my care is in her hands from here on out.

She follows up with every test and emergency room visit that I have experienced. A doctor's care is vital for patients care and health needs. I am in excellent hands with Dr. Anne Burgess. Dr. Burgess is extremely good with me as a patient She reviews all findings and shares information at a level that is easy to understand. I feel that she has genuine concern for my health and well being; in addition she responds to questions and messages that she receives through the trinity website. It is rare to find a doctor who will follow up with their patients and much appreciated.

I like Dr. Burgess. She treats me like a person, not just a patient. She respects my concerns and doesn't rush me to accept new prescriptions if I hesitate. She waits for me to understand and agree, which may take awhile.

Dr. B has been my caregiver for many years. I have complete confidence in her. She listens and catches things others might miss because of that important fact. If she catches a hint of something she asks questions until she is satisfied she understands.
