I like Dr Burgess, but in my last visit I mentioned concerns with blood tests that were not in the normal range. They were slightly out of range, but still I want that to be explained to me. My mistake was not bringing my notes on the blood tests with me, so I couldn’t remember which ones were off. Due to new staff training I didn’t feel able to discuss some things, though she did give me time to talk. It just seems some questions were not able to be resolved.

Great listener, thorough explanation about my on going problems and options, pointed out my improvements in some, recognition of my attempts to improve and what else I might. Gave me take home written materials that will assist me toward improving. I felt 10ft taller as I left.
