Dr Patel has become my favorite doctor she either really cares or she deserves an Oscar, I’m really paranoid about doctors and insurance companies but Dr Patel makes me very comfortable and ie easy to communicate with and seems to really care.

Everyone was friendly but Dr. Patel spent time and the meeting was efficient but did not feel rushed. She was very helpful.

I wanted to check on a prescription and have never been able to reach someone when I call the office. They do call back in a day or so.

Yes the Doctor herself…. Very warm and considerate.She took the time to explain things to me in detail..Doctor puts her patients first… She spends what ever time needed to convey things . I find her to be a phenomenal doctor…

Dr Patel was very patient and kind she sat down to speak with me, at eye level. That spoke volumes to her character. Very pleased with the care I received. She also messaged me immediately with a treatment plan after my labs results were in. Thank you!

Dr. Patel Thnk you so much for having her in the BJC network. When your sick and having a doctor that gets what you're telling them they totally get it . To help you somewhat understand what I'm going through it helps that Dr.Patel has compassion. The staff what can I say,just great, sweet,caring helpful. I guess you can say it's the little things that makes me happy 😊

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes, Dr. Patel is very courteous and very intelligent. She is an amazing endocrinologist. She was able to get my hemoglobin A1c from a high eight down to 6. In a very timely manner, and we are still working on it. She is very kind of listens to everything I have to say. She is a great asset to the Endocrinologist team!

The nurse assistant and the doctor were great, I get really nervous at doctor’s appointments but both of them were great and made me feel really comfortable, Dr Patel talked to me like a doctor and not like an insurance company, which helps a lot with my anxiety, I’m not a fan of insurance companies.

Just keep doing what you’ve doing!!

Dr Patel was awesome! She listened to my concerns and created a plan forward. She was very professional and caring. This was my first visit. I normally will not go to Illinois doctors but I will definitely see Dr Patel again for her expertise to address several health issues that I have!

Dr. Patel has been very understanding of my hesitancy to use an insulin pump. We have spoken on many occasions about it, and I now feel it’s worth giving a shot due to her in depth explanation to any questions I had and made me feel confident enough that this could be the last push to get my A1C down to “normal” numbers.
