Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Patel Thnk you so much for having her in the BJC network. When your sick and having a doctor that gets what you're telling them they totally get it . To help you somewhat understand what I'm going through it helps that Dr.Patel has compassion. The staff what can I say,just great, sweet,caring helpful. I guess you can say it's the little things that makes me happy š

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes, Dr. Patel is very courteous and very intelligent. She is an amazing endocrinologist. She was able to get my hemoglobin A1c from a high eight down to 6. In a very timely manner, and we are still working on it. She is very kind of listens to everything I have to say. She is a great asset to the Endocrinologist team!

I knew the appointment was gonna go Dr. Patel comes in she talks a second or two and then out the door

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The nurse assistant and the doctor were great, I get really nervous at doctorās appointments but both of them were great and made me feel really comfortable, Dr Patel talked to me like a doctor and not like an insurance company, which helps a lot with my anxiety, Iām not a fan of insurance companies.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Just keep doing what youāve doing!!

Dr Patel was awesome! She listened to my concerns and created a plan forward. She was very professional and caring. This was my first visit. I normally will not go to Illinois doctors but I will definitely see Dr Patel again for her expertise to address several health issues that I have!

Dr. Patel has been very understanding of my hesitancy to use an insulin pump. We have spoken on many occasions about it, and I now feel itās worth giving a shot due to her in depth explanation to any questions I had and made me feel confident enough that this could be the last push to get my A1C down to ānormalā numbers.

Dr Patel treated me like I was one of her own and that she genuinely cared. I never felt like she was rushing me and she explained everything thoroughly. I feel very fortunate to finally find a Dr I can trust and believe in. Her staff were very friendly.š

Dr. Patel is a true miracle worker. She has addressed problems that I have been unable to get undercontrol and has given me care that has changed my life. She has also addressed problems that other doctors have not discovered in my lab work. She's GREAT! GOD BLESS HER!

Dr. Patel is one of my favorite Endocrinologists Iāve had in my 20 years of being a diabetic. Sheās clearly knowledgeable about type 1 diabetes, and seemed committed to making sure I had every bit of information, and supplies necessary. 10/10!

Dr. Patel was very kind and understanding. She explained the need for change in my prescriptions in great detail and provided me a way to possibly cut out some meds. This intrigued me. This was my first office visit with Dr. Patel. I'm really glad I made the switch. I'm looking forward to getting my diabetes under control and am grateful for her help.

My healthcare is hard to deal with. Diabetes is uncontrolled, fluctuates between severe highs and lows. She was very thorough in our meeting. I felt like she might be able to offer some solutions.

Dr Patel is extraordinary. She was prepared for the appointment but listened to any information I had before explaining her plan. She had a plan and I appreciate that.
