I don't like rating my experience the way I did. But I sheduled an appointment with my doctor in June. She ended up call ing in sick for my scheduled appt. I understand that but I think that I should have been rescheduled with her in a reasonable amount of time. At least two weeks. I was told Oct. I was not the one to cancel an appointment. I think in those situations a patient should be accomodated properly and fit in. I was very disappointed.

The provider was great but the time it takes for the doctor to see my child has been taking extra long even though I have back to back appointments.

Dr Patel is an amazing doctor. She is kind, caring and always makes me feel comfortable when asking any questions. She is definitely an asset to Trinity Health.
