My experience with Patel Hemlatta has been disappointing due to a lack of timely communication. After receiving abnormal urinalysis results, I reached out to understand what they meant and what treatment might be needed, but I did not receive a response. This caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty about my health.I would appreciate more prompt follow-up, clearer communication regarding test results, and guidance on next steps, especially when results may require treatment. Improving responsiveness would make a significant difference in patient care and overall experience.
