Dr. Patel was patient and attentive as I described what brought me in. She clarified on my statement to gain insight about my injury and pain level. She was not dismissive of the pain I was in or of my questions I had. She was also patient enough to answer my spouse's questions (he assisted in getting me into the appointment). Bringing up pictures of the anatomy to indicate in more detail what was occurring. Understanding that some of us need to see it not just hear it.

I would like to express that Dr. Patel was exceptionally kind and caring during my recent visit. She demonstrated excellent listening skills, paying close attention to my concerns and questions, and truly made me feel heard and understood. Her demeanor was very calming, and I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
