I didn't have to wait but just a few minutes for my appointment. Everything went smoothly. I've never been in a doctor's office that I was in and out so fast, which was wonderful. The doctor looked at all my past x-rays, discussed past x-rays that I never even thought were in the system to where I'm at today. I've not had a doctor ever do that type of expensive.

Dr. Porton is the best. She listens to you. She helps you to understand what's going on and she respects your opinion and she tells you what is best for you. And she is very nice and professional. I wouldn't want another doctor.

Dr. Partin and her staff are the absolute gold standard for treating a patient with kindness, empathy and respect.
I felt that my concerns were listened to.
I did not feel rushed. I feel like I could call Dr. Partin at anytime in the future if I had more questions or concerns.
I wish every medical office was as professional and caring as this one.

Very good experience with one small complaint. I waited almost 40 minutes from the scheduled time of my appointment until I actually saw Dr. Partin. no explanation or apology provided.

I wanted an exam of my feets overall health. 1 st visit. Just treated my main concern and barely looked at my feet or asked any questions. Im old with lots of issues. Asked some doctor type questions.

Dr. Julia Partin, DPM was extremely helpful in figuring out the problems related to my orthotic arch supports when another podiatrist (not associated with MBC) was not able to do so.
Dr. Partin, and her staff, where very welcoming; she was compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough. She gets an A++ grade!!

Dr. Partin is one of the most caring healthcare providers I have worked with. As she has treated me for plantar fasciitis, she has consistently shown kindness, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being. She is extremely thorough and takes the time to understand not just the condition, but how it is affecting my daily life.
I truly appreciate her patient-centered approach and her commitment to finding the best solution for each individual. She listens carefully, answers questions thoughtfully, and makes sure I feel comfortable and informed throughout the treatment process. It is clear that she cares deeply about her patients, and that level of compassion makes a real difference. I highly recommend Dr. Partin to anyone looking for exceptional podiatric care.

This was my first visit with Dr. Partin. She and her staff were excellent. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Partin listen to my concerns and offered immediate solutions to remedy the issue while also offering alternate solutions if needed.

Dr Partin gave Great suggestions on how to ease my foot pain. She also suggested ways to make standing in the shower less painful.

I think Dr. Parton did a very good job. She explained the surgery that she did for me and did just a super job. Everything worked out really well. So I have no complaints whatsoever. I think she did an excellent job thus far. And she's very good at explaining things that had to do with my health care. I'm a nurse practitioner and she explained it in clear terms to me in a professional manner. I'm very happy with the care that I've gotten thus far.
