My office visit was handled by Aurora Parsons. Her examination was very extensive and thorough - covering several issues. She took time to both question me and listen to my responses. She requested x-rays right away, arranged referrals for Hand Surgery and Podiatry, ordered 3 different labs to be done at future times, collaborated my care plan with Dr. Fardeau - all on the day of my visit. She's kept me informed via MyChart of tests results in an extremely timely manner. I found her to be extremely professional and caring.

This was my first experience with Ms. Parsons. She was practical and very helpful. I would choose her again from the cadre of Dr. O'Neill's group.

She listened to my history, listened to my chest and lungs, and referred me for a chest x-ray. However, she did not check my oxygen levels or my oximeter which I had brought with me. I appreciated the followup, reply to my message, and referrals to Michigan Heart and to pulmonology.

I usually don't take the time to fill out a survey but Aurora deserves me to "take the time". She was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. She listened without interrupting and seemed genuine in wanting to help. I did not feel rushed during the appointment and felt "heard". I highly recommended her.

please don't leave... it would be nice to be able to see the same caregiver more than once... the way doctors rotate out these days there is no room or reason to establish care because one never sees the same caregiver twice, which is why I tend to avoid doctors unless I have trauma to deal with
