At the front desk you are greeted with a smile and they take you to the sign in. The CMA was professional and helped me relax. Dr. Grewal is a wonderful doctor who makes you feel at ease and answers all your questions. I give everyone a 10.

I just love the Health and Wellness Center. People there are all very friendly. The people at the front take you over to be registered. The people that take you in were wonderful. The medical assistants and Dr. Grewal is just very laid back, wonderful, yet she's very knowledgeable about what is going on with you. Love the whole experience.

I always have a great experience, the staff are very kind, friendly. The facility is always nice and clean and Dr Grewal is the best. She takes her time to explain everything and she's a great listener and shows GENUINE concern.

I had an appointment for a medical clearance, but I was unable to schedule it at my preferred time since it needed to be a 30-minute visit. Two weeks prior to my appointment, I visited the office and asked if the doctor could order a chest X-ray and an EKG. I needed these tests for my medical clearance, and I had just completed a physical two weeks earlier. I already had the prescription for blood work in the EPIC system. My intention was that by the time I came in for the medical clearance, all the tests would be completed to avoid any delays. To my surprise, I learned that the doctor isn't able to order any exams until the day of the medical clearance appointment. This is unfortunate because when patients come in for medical clearance, they still need to have all the necessary exams done. How can the doctor provide clearance without having the exam results? I suggest that if a patient requires medical clearance, the doctor should order all necessary exams in advance. Then, on the day of the appointment, they can review the results together. This approach would make much better use of everyone's time-both for the patient and the doctor. Since I work in the medical field, I was able to complete all my exams ahead of time. As a result, when I arrived at the doctor's office for my appointment, it was a much more efficient use of both the doctor's and my time. I was able to get cleared for my surgery; however, the stress of getting everything done could have been avoided.
