I had never met him in person before. He walked in and didn’t introduce himself or the student he was with. This was for my 37 week appointment check up. I think that’s odd to not introduce yourself to a patient you’ve never met. Eye contact was poor and I felt uncomfortable. My mom was with me on the visit and we both thought that visit was very weird with the social encounters.

Dr. Parks has great bedside manners and appears knowledgeable for his field. He listened well to my concerns and answered questions accurately - he was kind and I felt minimal pain or discomfort during the exam. Overall great doctor!

As I said when I filled out "Share Your Gratitude" form, Dr. Parks was so considerate. The simple fact that he actually listened to what I had to say was incredible. He trusted me to know my own experiences, was very considerate about timing and distance I have to deal with, and did his best to make something a lot of patients are uncomfortable with as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Parks was wonderful through the entire procedure. He told me exactly what was going to happen every step of the way and prepared me for the fact that it was going to be a very uncomfortable procedure. Even with that, he coached me through the whole procedure And took very good care after when I was having a very difficult time.
