Morgan was AMAZING! Everything was just awesome.

Morgan was so good at listening to my daughters concerns about getting a thriat swab. She empowered her by listening and telling her that she was in control,telling her why the test was impotant but not pressyring her. She gave her many options on how they could procede, sitting, lying, one sude at a time, even offerimg to let her swab her iwn throat. My daughter had had several traumatic swabbing experiences in the past and i was thrilled that Morgan was so adept at communication, empowerment, and the actual swab itself was so quick and easy, not at all like past experiences.
