Initial consultation with Dr. Grow. I liked him, his manner of communication and his genuine interest in my healthcare.

Office check-in was remarkably easy and efficient, departing from the usual sitting with a clip board filling in multiple forms.
There was no wait time before Melisa, who has a delightful bedside manner, had me hooked up to 12 lead ECG, followed immediately with Dr, Grow and his diagnosis with information on moving forward with my health. Very efficient and pleasant experience in all regards.

Good experience once inside. I arrived at 12:30 for a 1:00 appointment and the door was locked. I did not receive a reminder text or email so I called the office to verify the appointment. The answering service verified the appt and called the front desk to see if they had returned from lunch. The door was unlocked 5 min before my appointment. Once inside the nurse and doctor were very nice and attentive to me as a new patient.
