I waited for an hour past my appointed time and when I ask hou much longer no one could tell me. I canceled the appointment and have scheduled my eye exam with a different provider.

I have been using Dr. Dudley for years now but I changed insurance carriers ONE time and that was the worst experience ever. I couldn't see a thing by the time I got to the store. Someone had to come pick me up and I called Dr. Dudley and got in immediately and she fixed it eazy peazy and I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Parisa Dudley. My wife and I could not have asked for a better Doctor! She is very thorough and explains everything in a way we understand. Everytime we have a seen Dr. Dudley she has always seen us within a few minutes of our appointment.

Medical staff took good care of you and handled everything well, also made you feel they actually cared about treating you. They all had great personalities and demeanor.
Only issue was woman at front desk was sick, sniffing and coughing. Am just getting over virus, so wanted to keep my distance from her.

I did not see the doctor. I arrived at 2:10 after being told to arrive at 2:15 for my 2:25 appointment. After sitting there until 3 pm and watching five people be called back who arrived much later than me, I asked the receptionist when I would start my appointment. I had another appointment at 5 pm. She asked my name and appointment time, she went to the back and said I would be next. After waiting another 30 minutes, I told the receptionist I was leaving. She said I guess I will cancel your appointment. No one apologized, offered any explanation or anything. I will be finding a new doctor. This is the third doctor I have been assigned in 6 years.

Appears they overbooked. Waited for almost an hour in the waiting room before I ever was seen. The initial exam took over 45 minute. This was for a standard eye exam.
Didn’t leave until 2 hours after my scheduled time.
The front desk/check out person was impersonal. Had to push to order contacts, waited an additional 10 minutes for them to pull my insurance info. Should have asked during my exam if I plan on ordering contacts with them so they could be prepared with the insurance details at the time of checkout.
Need to reevaluate current operational processes and streamline effectiveness with the scheduling (not over booking), check in, eye exam, and check out processes to allow for a speedier and more enjoyable experience for the patient.
