The eye scan needed for appointment was not available at Pelham location. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked about the scan and was told they do that scan at Pelham location. I called two days before my appointment to double check, “yes we have that scan”. NO YOU DID NOT!

My first time with this doctor and I loved her… she was knowledgeable, patient, listened to my concerns and questions.

The entire visit went very well. The staff are all professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Dudley is excellent at explaining the scans and tests. She always ensures I am comfortable with what she is doing. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my eye care.

The wait time in the waiting room was shorter than usual and so was the time once I was called back. The whole appointment took about 1 hour, whereas in the past it is always 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours for it.

All of the employees, nurses and especially Dr. Dudley were absolutely amazing. It’s great to be greeted with a smile. Waiting period to have you tested was very short, also the wait to see the doctor wasn’t long at all. I had a very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend UABCallahan.
