The front desk reception area was very nice and helpful. The young lady that saw me first was also nice and explained every step on what exam she was doing. From checking vision, checking eye pressure etc.

I loved the staff and doctor, but the scheduling needs to provide adequate time for every patient. Dr Dudley was very thorough with me, but it still felt rushed due to the environment. Double booking patients is one thing that will make me look for a physician outside of the UAB system. Again, my experience with staff interactions was excellent and Dr Dudley is fantastic- but I am more than a cog in the wheel.

Everyone I encountered from the sign in desk to Dr. Dudley were amazing. Everything was done efficiently and Dr Dudley took her time explaining every step of my examine. I highly recommend her practice.
