Excellence in all aspects of the service I received. Dr. Dudley and her staff were pleasantly professional and forthcoming with details concerning my optometry examination. Also, I was promptly registered and seated in the immaculate waiting area.

Dr Dudley was very informative and straight forward with her diagnosis. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable about the state of the art medical equipment that she used! The building was absolutely spotlessly clean. It was a very pleasant visit and I hope to be able to visit again. Thank you so much!

The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the receptionist was pleasant, friendly and efficient. Joy, the ophthalmic technician, was also friendly, efficient and inspirational. Doctor Dudley explained everything very clearly and made the entire experience pleasant.

The OD I saw was excellent and I am happy with the care I received. Like all UAB facilities, the process is designed to be impersonal and like herding patients through. Really should work on patient experience.

My daughter and I have both had appointments here in July. Both experiences were easy and gave us great reassurance in our vision. We clearly understand how to take care of our eyes, what to watch for with future changes, and I feel calm and confident with the information I received.
