The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the receptionist was pleasant, friendly and efficient. Joy, the ophthalmic technician, was also friendly, efficient and inspirational. Doctor Dudley explained everything very clearly and made the entire experience pleasant.

The OD I saw was excellent and I am happy with the care I received. Like all UAB facilities, the process is designed to be impersonal and like herding patients through. Really should work on patient experience.

The staff at UAB Callahan Eye Hwy. 150 is awesome. Dr. Parisa Dudley is excellent at her job and has great patient skills.

My daughter and I have both had appointments here in July. Both experiences were easy and gave us great reassurance in our vision. We clearly understand how to take care of our eyes, what to watch for with future changes, and I feel calm and confident with the information I received.

The whole staff was very attentive and friendly. Dr. Dudley did a thorough check of my eyes. I was pleased with the service that I received during my appointment.

Your front desk could be nicer, not very accommodating. Not grated with a smile or welcoming greeting, it seemed as if they were unhappy to be there. The remainder of the staff was very helpful. The gentlemen that aided me with glasses was so helpful and was welcoming.

Very professional and kind. Showed sincere concern regarding my eye problem. Sent a message to my internist to check my blood pressure, which might be the source of my bloodshot eye which has not cleared up for two weeks.

Dr. Dudley is a very pleasant person and also very knowledgeable about the eye and diseases of the eye. Everyone is very pleasant from the receptionist and the technicians that do the testing. It’s always a pleasant experience having an appointment there.

Easy parking, very clean facility, easy check-in and short wait before being called back. Joy was the first staff member to check my eyes and she was a delight to be around. She is very professional, super friendly and I felt that she truly cares about the patients. Next I saw Dr. Dudley and her assistant in the exam room. Dr. Dudley has always been a delightful and professional doctor. She is always super friendly and is personable. She takes time to get to know her patients, she’s never rushed and I can tell that she cares. Her assistant was very professional and attentive. I’ve never had a bad experience using UAB Callahan Eye Foundation.
