Most of my experiences there have been great. Like when I have an appointment for a CT or whatever they're on time they get you in and get you out. The only other time that I've used the facility is for my routine eye exams. Sadly often they overbook tremendously and I end up waiting 30 minutes or more beyond my appointment time. Then a technician takes care of many of the pre-visit items and then I wait another 10 to 20 minutes to see a doctor. This time I didn't wait at all to get in with the technician but had to wait for one more test which was being utilized by other technicians and patients and then another probably 20 minutes waiting for the doctor. However the doctor was great very attentive very thorough etc

I am a new patient and I had a more thorough examination than I have ever had. My doctor and the other staff truly listened as I described my eye care needs. The doctor said she wants to make me see better. I appreciate what they were doing for me.

Dr.Dudley at Callahan Eye Clinic is always spot on with her sweet beside manner as well as being thorough with her exam. Would recommend her in a minute. And the new office and staff is real nice.

I have been using Dr. Dudley for years now but I changed insurance carriers ONE time and that was the worst experience ever. I couldn't see a thing by the time I got to the store. Someone had to come pick me up and I called Dr. Dudley and got in immediately and she fixed it eazy peazy and I will never go anywhere else.
