Dr.Pardo never seems to be in a hurry, even though I’m sure her day is very busy. . She is friendly and thorough. She asks questions and waits for my response with patience. She explains things well and answers my questions without appearing to be rushed. I have been seeing her for many years. If I call her office with a request or question, I receive a prompt reply.

Dr. Pardo is THE BEST! She never rushes & always is very through with her questions & exams. She is kind, compassionate & very knowledgeable. She knows her patient. I feel I am very fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Dr Paedo herself is extrordinary. I have never felt rushed, she listens to me. Provides me with explanations of test results and includes me in plan of care decisions. Nursing staff have all be great as has reception and discharge staff. Dr. Pardo's office is well ran and clean.

The MA was really nice and made me feel at ease. Dr. Pardo is the best!!! I love how she spends time with me. I feel like this makes a better doctor because she listens to me. I feel like I’m not just a number.
