Pam is extremely competent, thorough and provides excellent care. She is professional, and is very attentive to questions and concerns. She makes a person feel at ease and confident that they are receiving the best of care. She has been my cardiac PA for the last six years so I have had numerous checkups and followup appointments with her.

Pam, seems very interested in making sure you understand what is happening and why it is happening in your health. She listens and gives advice, but is willing to listen to you if you want another option. She is very pleasant patient and professional. I would recommend her to family and friend.

I prefer appointments with PA's. They talk more down to earth and make you feel like they really care. Aren't as clinical.

Pamela listened intently, took copious notes, and to date is the most decent person I have had contact within the Iowa heart system to date. She apologized profusely for your system that does not allow a patient to contact a real person/ or schedule appointment via phone..
