She was attentive, used words I could understand and receptive to questions. The aggressive billing practice and threats of being sent to collections, however, if I didn’t pay faster and in larger amounts has scared me off from seeking future care.

She listens to what is going on and provides her advice as to what she thinks will be the best course for follow up treatment/tests that may need to be done if things don't seem to be getting better. Listens to my concerns and answers my questions.
