Everybody there was very nice. As soon as I got there, my appointment, I was basically sat in the waiting room for like maybe a minute, if anything. Yeah, and everyone just seemed very professional, very nice. The one lady at the front had a disgruntled customer with her and she treated him so professionally. Other than that, a great, great place, and I look forward to being a patient here. Thank you.

The reception personnel were aloof and not welcoming. No smiles. Not an auspicious entry into a new provider. However, the provider, Dr Pam Fazio, was warm and welcoming, inspiring trust.

Dr. Fazio is the BEST !!!! SHE LOOKS YOU IN THE EYE LIKE YOU'RE THE ONLY PERSON THERE TO TALK TO. SHE DOESN'T RUSH YOU. SHE ANSWERS ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. I LOVE HER. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYONE THAT I'VE COME ACROSS.

The whole experience with Dr. Fazio was fantastic. She is a great doctor. She cares about her patients. She was very thorough, explained everything that needed to be done. She explained it. She went over all my medications. She's great and I do refer patients to her.

Dr. Fazio was so reassuring. She went over all of my test results and explained what each meant. She gladly answered all of my questions in a way that I was easily able to understand. While I hope I don't have to visit a cardiologist too often in the future, if I do, I'd definitely see Dr. Fazio!

From the front desk through checkout, every staff member I encountered was both professional and caring. Dr. Fazio made the visit especially helpful by answering my questions, explaining what had happened, and clearly outlining the plan moving forward. Her knowledge and compassionate manner gave me a much-needed sense of reassurance and well-being under the circumstances.

Everyone in the office was wonderful!!! Dr. Fazio knew my medical history before coming into the room. She answered all of my questions and I was very happy with all of the recommendations she made. The nurse made me feel very comfortable while taking my BP and EKG. The front desk staff was very friendly while checking me in and making my appointments!!!! Everyone made my first experience with this office a very pleasant one.
