Every thing went smoothly

My Dr visit went well. I did however again have to wait quite a while to be seen. Total time at this appointment was over 2 hours. I think staff passing by continually while seeing me wait during this time period, should have at least made eye contact with me and recognized the fact that I was still sitting there as the rest of the waiting area was emptying out. I truly though I had been forgotten about.

I really appreciate the thorough, conscientious care that Dr. Arthur provides. My only issue is with whatever system is in place for scheduling appointments.

Explanation as to the sedation method should be included in all consults. If there is more than one option, that should be discussed in the consult too. The anesthesiologist said they could do the surgery with me sedated, but that would require cancelling that day and rescheduling. Had I been given this information at my initial consult, I would have chosen this option.

Dr. Arthur is an outstanding physician with powerful knowledge. She able to communicate well with me in terms that I can understand. She made me feel as comfortable as possible in a situation that I had no control over. When things were looking glim, she was kind and compassionate. I do not mind traveling to be able to have this kind of care. Dr. Arthur has been a gift to me for over a year and half while she helped me through 4 difficult surgeries. She has saved as much of my eyesight as possible. For this, I am forever grateful.

Other than being overbooked.i had to wait almost 2 hours for my seeing her.
My appointment was for 11;30 left building at 2:30 had to wait all that time.

She's a very loving and caring person and really takes an interest in my case and I feel she really wants to try to help me so I can see better it means a lot and I trust her in the fullest

Paige is extremely good about engaging with my elderly Mom. She talks directly to her and includes me, her caregiver, too. She tries to connect with her each visit. Highly impressed!
