Dr Jim Pack has an excellent personality and was great at informing and reviewing my upcoming surgery. He was comforting and extremely easy to interact with, had an appropriate sense of humor and left me feeling safe and ready.

Dr Pack was very personable and made me feel at ease. He was detailed and very informative about everything related to my surgery. He was well informed about my condition and asked very pointed questions. He was though and listened to everything I shared. We felt better about the surgery moving forward.
