All my interactions with the receptionist, nurse and Dr. [ ] were congenial and to the point. Will definitely use this NCH Immediate Care location in the future if the need arises.

I have only needed urgent care twice. Both times I went here (and I live in [ ]). I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was seen quickly and EVERYONE was professional, kind and caring. I can’t say enough about the quality of service. And both times I needed [ ]. The two doctors I saw were spot on. The [ ] look great and I’m healing well. In the second case, I had [ ] and the doctor took her time making sure everything was properly [ ]. The nurse was helpful and kind as well. Front desk person has a sweet and caring personality. All around positive experience!

Caring and listens very carefully to you to assure diagnosis is correct. Very competent doctor with good background training. Dr Douglas has helped me on several occasions and I trust her.

Dr. Douglas is really the best! She explains things thoroughly and really cares about you. I was so happy to see her at urgent care. I’ve seen her several times at another urgent care and she never lets me down.
