Overall my experience with Dr. SHONOWO was good. I would recommend her to others. I just wouldn’t recommend giving birth in Perth Amboy. Maybe JFK or a different Hackensack Meridian health facility. I actually think doctors should have at least two different hospitals they work out of.

I met Dr. Shonowo for the first time as a new patient and I like that her office uses MyChart/ Epic for me to connect to my previous PCP. Additionally, Dr. Shonowo is a great listener, welcoming, and empathetic. I did not feel rushed during my new patient appointment and felt that I was cared for. I am so glad I've found Dr. Shonowo to be my healthcare provider for women's reproductive needs.

Dr. Shonowo was professional as always and very helpful, gives me some hints as to some things that I could do or do better in order to improve my situation. She's just very excellent. I recommend her all the time and I will continue to because her service is always excellent.

As a black woman I'm very concerned for my health and my concerns have been brushed off. To have a doctor that looks like me and understand my concerns is so important. To be believed and have thorough explanation of what I experience allows the weight to be lifted and no can confidently care for myself.

Dr Shanowoa is wonderful. She was very kind , greeted me with a smile, she was patient, she listen to my all my concerns and explained things to me that I did not understand. Overall it was a good visit and I am looking forward to further care from her and her staff.

She had an emergency call at the hospital after I was placed in the visiting room. I chose to wait after I was given an estimated time - I was fine with time, when she returned she gave me the same excellent service she had given in the past!

I love Dr. Shonowo and how she handles any situation with any patient. The only thing is the wait time, but everything else is perfect with Dr. Shonowo . I love Dr. Shonowo .

Dr. Shonowo is an excellent doctor. She's very knowledgeable and informative and explains everything completely and clearly. She's kind, compassionate, friendly and wonderfully personable. She makes you feel very comfortable and takes her time addressing your questions and needs. I absolutely love her and am recommending her to all my friends. I'm so grateful to have her as my doctor!

I really enjoyed my experience at Hackensack Meridian Health with my gynecologist. Her name is really long, so I can't say it, but it was phenomenal and she really made me feel heard and listened to. The wait was a little bit longer than I would have liked, but overall I had a phenomenal experience and I'll definitely be returning and telling my friends. Thank you so much for all your help. Friendly staff. Nice office. Seen very quickly. Dr. Talked about what she would do before doing anything. Before I knew it I had prescriptions in hand and I was leaving to enjoy the rest of my day.

The nurses in the office were absolutely fantastic, polite, and patient, and the physician made me feel so comfortable. She was so understanding. She was gentle with me, and I would definitely recommend her.
