I've seen Dr. Owings for many years and hope to never have to find a different PCP. She is knowledgeable and thorough, respectful and personable. She probably finds the right level to explain concepts to a given patient. She really cares, and she's taken the time to work with me even as I know she's had to comply with rules that could make a lesser provider seem abrupt. She's very efficient. I actually look forward to seeing her from visit to visit.
