I have never felt so judged by a medical professional in the 15 years I’ve been struggling and living with these conditions. She lacks empathy and compassion.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I didn’t feel Kami saw me as a person. Our entire encounter was very fact based. It was my first visit and expected her to get to know me as a person. Didn’t ask one personal question, when shared about my daughter’s recent breast cancer diagnosis, no comment. A bit surprised at that. She seems competent but not much in a personal way for a PCP.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I am appreciative of Kami’s calm demeanor and the time she spent with me. I did not feel rushed and she was very understanding. This was my first visit. I am establishing a primary care provider and I look forward to developing a positive, helpful and caring relationship as her patient.

Kami and her nurse are the best. I followed them over to BJC. They treat patients as people and go out of their way to make sure we’re taken care of.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
It was our first visit with Kami and we loved her! My daughter is special needs and Kami involved her in the whole vist. Our nurse was wonderful with .y daughter and kept us informed on what was next.

First time at this office. All staff & nurse practitioner were so warm and friendly. Very impressed.

The time spent with me was efficient but not rushed. I was very impressed with the attention to details and how the doctor AND nurse listened to me
