The room was freezing and I had to get my Pap smear and breast exam down and it was so uncomfortable because how cold it was in the room

This was my first time doing an appointment online. The first appoint scheduled for online was a disaster. I waited 30 minutes on a call before leaving the video call. I was unaware of a phone call I would receive prior. I declined all calls because I was logged into the video. I would encourage staff to inform new patients on what to expect. Etc. i took an entire day off from work to make the video call this week. I was hoping to get answers from the nurse practitioner and this appointment felt pointless.

When I call, no one seems to answer. I have to keep calling back, and I leave messages which no one calls back.

The rules she has for providing care are not clearly explained and vary based on how she feels it seems. She also told me I would not be charged for a visit because it was a nurse visit, but I was charged anyway.
