Alicia has been easy to work with, and easy to talk to. She’s very knowledgeable, she asks questions, and offers to help me any way she can. I also like that for my quarterly check-in appointments, she uses telehealth so I don’t have to take time off at work.

She always takes her time to throughly address and explain things. She has personally called to deliver test results when it was a critical situation. While I was stressed, she was calming and kept a professional and caring tone. Highly recommend her.

She has a very conscientious manner with her clients. I was there mere days after being released from the hospital, for A-Fib and a second stroke she raises the broader questions about my health.
