Doc Alicia listens intently to every answer given to her questions. I am comfortable asking her any question and look forward to a long doc/patient relationship with her. I now have someone in "my corner" for any medical concerns I may have which is invaluable.

NP Alicia Ottenweller she took good care of me, she was professional,caring, she listen to me and answered all my concerned and assured me that everything will be okay. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. She always has the answer for all my question’s. I’ve never had a doctor that is so warming and caring about her patient’s!! I will never switch or leave. We went to Alicia to have her take more interest in my health and per her recommendation I have a lung scan in Oct 2025, even though my lung scan was clear in 2024. A nodule was found as of yet, no cancer.

NP Ottenweller is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She makes a point to give me space to ask questions at each appointment. She obviously puts my well being first, takes me seriously, and overall just helps make me feel better when I'm not feeling well.
