Rachel was awesome. She is a very warm and caring person who listens well and provides exceptional service. I am very comfortable seeing her.

I felt Rachel was exceptionally "user-friendly", taking plenty of time to be sure I understood what she was saying, that I had the opportunity to ask questions & otherwise participate, etc. I definitely felt heard & understood.

The office staff was so professional and very kind. Rachel Ott showed so much compassion and care in seeing me. She listened to me completely and helped me stay calm. It was a hard visit for me, but she was tremendous in her care. The staff during my visit helped me overcome and stay focused. So much appreciation for the care given to me.

Rachel Ott allowed me to come in right away after Dr was concerned about one of my readings and wanted an additional opinion from my primary care doctor. She reviewed my chart info and discussed all the factors involved with the reading and gave me a suggested follow-up plan.

I ADORE Dr Ott!! Love her visits & attention to me. She always is very helpful to explain all questions I have and quick to reply on the BJC My Chart. Dr Ott is Absolutely a wonderful addition to your staff!! My husband and I will always see Dr Ott 😃💕

NP Ott is outstanding in her position. She truly listens and strives to deliver the best care for my needs. I never feel rushed. She also makes sure to research for my conditions as well. I feel very cared for.
