Rachel was extremely attentive and helpful during my post surgery appointment on Wednesday. She answered all of my questions and gave me options for my next steps.

I felt Rachel was exceptionally "user-friendly", taking plenty of time to be sure I understood what she was saying, that I had the opportunity to ask questions & otherwise participate, etc. I definitely felt heard & understood.
