Rachel Ott, NP, was excellent and knowledgeable in helping to discover the reason for my symptoms. The quick responsiveness to my request regarding heart symptoms was reassuring and allowed me to not turn to more expensive, worrying and time-consuming treatment from an ER or urgent care facility. I applaud the services Rachel performed by rapidly testing for a potentially dangerous and troubling symptom as well as ordering supportive tests which will allow for a more comprehensive diagnosis.

She asked me questions, checked out my physical symptoms, always calmly reassuring me. Which was needed! found my symptoms serious enough, suggested I go to emergency room, called ahead to let them know I was coming,

Rachel Ott was kind, professional, and one of the few medical professionals who have made me feel hopeful about health changes I can make. I left feeling motivated with an action plan instead of feeling discouraged. She treated me with genuine compassion when discussing my weight and avoided stigmatizing language.

Nurse Practitioner Ott provided excellent diagnosis of arm issue, with sound recommendations for treatment and potential future care for bicep/arm strain. She showed interest and care as if I was a family or relative.

Rachel actually allowed me to participate in showing her the symptoms in my throat that seemed abnormal, and that led to precisely the correct diagnosis. I was enormously impressed by her allowing me to do that.
