I ALWAYS have great care. Especially when it’s something deemed EMERGENT, and I need to be seen ASAP. Usually I end being seen by Rachel Ott. She is Always very Caring, Compassionate, and willing to address the issues without RUSHING me through my appointment. She makes SURE I understand my treatment, any prescriptions and how to take them, in any follow ups that need to be made.

RACHEL was incredibly thorough. She brought up things that I did not think or usually bring up when I am there. She is very intuitive and ask a lot of questions to make an informed opinion. I would be happy to meet with her anytime again.

Nurse practitioner Rachel Ott listened well, was very kind and polite and made sure she understood my concerns and answered all my questions. She offered additional information that I did not know to ask for. She was interested in learning my past experiences and medical conditions to help her understand the kind of treatment she should suggest. She immediately came up with a treatment to try and gave me confidence on why she chose that treatment and what I should expect from it.

Rachel took the time to explain to me my wound and how to care for it. She wanted me to send pictures of injury (which I did) if I had any concern (which I did). She responded same day through my chart and was very helpful with her response.

She was amazing. I’m in a severe amount of pain and she was so thorough and scheduled a same day MRI to help me. You can tell she really cares about her patients and believes them!

Rachel Ott, NP, was excellent and knowledgeable in helping to discover the reason for my symptoms. The quick responsiveness to my request regarding heart symptoms was reassuring and allowed me to not turn to more expensive, worrying and time-consuming treatment from an ER or urgent care facility. I applaud the services Rachel performed by rapidly testing for a potentially dangerous and troubling symptom as well as ordering supportive tests which will allow for a more comprehensive diagnosis.
