Dr. Otsin was my primary care provider with Crozer prior to their shutdown and I was happy to see her practicing with a facility in my area.

Services with my Dr Otsin and the attending nurse was excellent. I had a problem with having to wait in the waiting room for over 2 hours, and there were no other patients sitting besides myself.

Dr Otsin was amazing. She was caring and patient. I never felt "like a number in the queue" nor rushed. She listened inventively to my concerns and provided thorough solutions to address my health care needs. I was very impressed and look forward to my follow up appointment.
