I saw Dr. Silva as a new patient. I had been a patient with [ ] for approximately 10 years. I am returning to [ ] after two years with a concierge doctor. I was very impressed with Dr. Silva's knowledge about me as he had done a thorough review of the records available to him. I feel confident Dr. Silva will be an excellent primary care doctor for me. Debbie, Dr. Silva's nurse is also an exceptional medical provider. She has a caring demeanor. She's thorough, compassionate and easy to talk to. She is such a calming person, that my blood pressure was the lowest it has ever been in a doctor's office!!!! She gave me my flu shot and it was pain free.

Dr. Cedeno is an excellent physician. He is genuinely interested in why he is seeing me. He knows my history. He explains all of my lab results and asks a lot of questions relating to the results and answers all of my questions. He’s very friendly and very through.

He’s Bright and tuned into the personal information of Ratchet’! Nurse Debbie is ALWAYS our comfort zone~. She’s the best! And Roxanne keeps our records and paperwork straight with a happy attitude.
