Our first meeting with Dr. Silva was excellent, he exceeded my expectations. Super professional, teacher and a great listener, very compassionate, he focused on the explanations of each medication and pathology so that my husband and I understood everything in detail. We were very satisfied. but we are happy to be in the caring and professional hands of Dr. Oscar Silva. The NCH Physician group won the lottery with Dr Silva. The service in this Dr office is excellent include receptionist, medical assistant and all employees.

This was my first visit as he is now my primary care physician. He was very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. He ordered blood work and I am looking forward to my follow-up visit.

Dr Silva is a welcome addition to staff here. He is approachable and he listens. His nurse Debbie is THE BEST. Roxanne at checkout is always ready to help and I never feel rushed. A great team here!!!

our first meeting with Dr. Silva was very positive. He is a great listener, very compassionate, and worked to help us understand the reasons for referring to another doctor, introducing a new medication;, his whole approach was about helping us understand. We were very pleased. I am disappointed, that there is no rheumatologist that we are able to make an appointment with, in that Dr. Silva insists on referring my husband out, as opposed to treating him himself. It sounds more like the business of medicine, rather than the quality of healthcare and caring. Alex [ ] was excellent and will be missed, but we are pleased to be in the caring hands of Dr. Oscar Silva.

I didn’t like his notes. He says I came to establish care when I’ve been there for five years. He’s the who is new. Also said that I have alcohol use disorder. I find that offensive.

Extremely courteous, easy to understand while explaining everything. Never felt rushed. Listened to everything I had to say. Very patient. Received call back to see how I was feeling. Speaks English and Spanish another plus. Will definitely recommend.

Entire Drs office, staff and support personnel are efficient and well trained. Could not have been better. Dr provided me with concise information. Was easy to talk to. Took an honest interest in what I asked and said. Very professional.
