Dr. Osborne truly listened to me and I felt like I was part of the conversation to come up with a plan.

Great conversation and dialogue with Dr Osbourne. Walked through my health history, reviewed meds, listened to concerns and developed a treatment plan. This was the first time I’d seen Dr Osbourne in quite some time and it was good to have her back as my primary.

I waited approximately three months for this appointment. Once I was finally at this appointment, because I had a cold, they informed me that it was their protocol that my visit was changing from an annual physical to a sick visit. They then moved my annual physical to a virtual visit, which does not give you the benefit of actually having a physical. What is the point of going to the doctor if you can’t even go when you’re sick? This new “ protocol” was never communicated anywhere. I was told it is because this is what Dr. Osborne wanted. I do not believe I got the quality care that I deserved… and now I will have to be paying for a co-pay as well.

I waited 30 minutes in the room with only a sheet on. That is too long to be left wondering when the dr. will be in.

She is the best Primary Dr I've had in my 71 years. She really cares about me. Calls me on days off and works with my home care. Love her

Dr Osbourne I'd simply the best family practice physician I have encountered, and at my age I have encountered many physicians duty my lifetime. I have for the most part had excellent physicians, but she in my opinion is the best.
