Excellent people skills. Immediately put me at ease and clearly communicated what she would do during the exam and she was able to drill down to what my issues were. Her advise and recommended solutions worked within 24 hours!

I would recommend Kristen for any problem concerning the ear, nose and throat! She knows what she's doing and is very delightful to work with. She also answers all of your questions and never seems hurried!
