She was very knowledgeable and explained why I only have hearing loss in one ear. She was gentle and cleaned my ears. They gave me clearance for a hearing aid.

At first I wasn't sure about her to be honest. She was pretty quiet. But after a few minutes later, she started to smile, laugh and joke around with me. Had more of the bedside manner I like from a doctor. It helps aniexty. When I explained how severe my symptoms get, she took it serious and talked me thru it. Unlike most doctors. Id recommend her so far.
