It is difficult to communicate about appointments on MyMeridian but the doctor explained the weaknesses in the program and gave options to circumnavigate the program

Hi, the only difficulty I had was reaching out to the doctor or making an appointment. They need to work on calling and reaching out to patients when they receive a message as soon as possible and not take weeks or not at all call back. That's the only drawback. Thank you.

Dr. Abu Hadid is one of the best doctors I have ever had. You know he has reviewed the file before coming in the room. When you state something he restates it to you to make sure he understands and you know he understands what is being said. He gives clear answers. I asked him a question and he did a search and turned the monitor towards me to show me the different products made to help me with my problem. He made sure a few times that I did not have any further questions. This is how all doctors should be. This is my second time seeing him, and fortunately/unfortunately I will continue to see him.

Dr Hadid is one of the Finest Doctors I have had the pleasure of speaking with in the last 5 years. My medical journey in the last 5 years put me in-front of Over 10+Doctors in that time. The Absolute Worst was your own MR Kim Hackensack ED, he claimed to be a Dr!?? Dr Hadid is the opposite end of that Hadid amongst the very best.

Well, I find that building at Farm Avenue very hard to get to and now Dr. Osama has opened an office also in Clifton for two days, which is the perfect for me. It's much easier for me to get there and I'm so happy about that. So I just want to congratulate you on moving him there because anybody with movement control needs some building that's easy to access and less walking around. So thank you so much for that. Bye.
