Doc took a call in the middle of my session. Maybe it was important, or maybe it was an intentional test to evaluate my mental state. Either way it seemed unprofessional.

I absolutely am so very blessed to have Dr. Onuma handling my care. He genuinely cares about me and my mental health and has helped me have a much better life in general and has explained my struggles are from the ADHD and anxiety and he always checks to see if I’m doing well if I need any adjustments and truly cares . I have an excellent therapist who I will call my friend because he has always listened and he is empathetic when needed and happy for me when I am sharing things in my life. He is straight and tells me exactly what I need to hear when I am struggling with certain people or situations in my life. Amazing Dr!!!

I like the strong focus on patient autonomy. Feels like I am working with my doctor as a team versus being directed to as I have had experience within the past.
