Dr. Onuma is an excellent listener allowing all participants to share input upon which his assessments and diagnosis are formed. He is persistent in going to historical records weighing against new inputs before rendering an opinion or diagnosis. He is not quick to prescribe or alter medication dosages without solid evidence.
