She was very quick, but right to the point, when we were done I said to myself wow that was fast, but as I was letting go of it, I was like ok that was simple, I really liked that with her, I am someone who takes a sec to think about it, but quick to to respond, I that note I do have ADHD/ anxiety... I really liked her and first time I have ever met her . Thank you..

The nurse practitioner, Olszewski, was very good, I found nothing at fault with her care, it's just that I needed an in person visit to diagnose the knee pain which you cannot do over a video call, and it would have been OK if they called me right back and let me know they didn't have the room to fit me in (though I think it's pretty terrible to call at office open and I can't get a sick visit in?), but the fact that I had to call in to even find out when they said they would call me back is just unacceptable. I suspect they never would have called me back that day.

I liked the provider. She was very nice & helpful. My problem is you not seeing me in person, esp with my lung wheezing. How can you possibly diagnose how my lungs are without checking me in person. And I don't have video on my phone. It was just a phone call. Now I have to call again tomorrow cause I still have the wheeze. Today was 2nd day of Prednisone.

Stated to her I could not take a MYCIN drug and she prescribed VivaMYCIN.

Technology cal difficulty with the telemedicine visit and long wait time. Also I was told someone would call me to initiate the experience….yet I did not receive a nurse call as expected-but happened to see the initiative on email
