I had gotten a bad reaction from a bee sting on my right eye brow. I called my Baptist primary doctor office to check if there were any openings and there was no openings. The scheduler recommended I try the APP video. It was great idea and within 30 minutes I was on a video conference with the Baptist Health Associate. She most helpful and promptly ordered the prescription for my reaction. It was a great service and all took place from my sofa! Thank you!!

It was very fast and easy to do. No problems with the virtual APP at all. It did all the work and opening of the things it need to open for the virtual visit to work. Thank you for having this as part of the Baptist Primary Care.

I didn't have to leave home. The nurse practitioner listened to my symptoms, reviewed my history and my allergies and meds and prescribed the same thing I know my GP would have prescribed. She treated me professionally and kindly.

Virtual is good if you need treatment for minor low level medical issues like colds flu virus. PA was friendly and engaging. Appointment was on-time and thorough.

I like how the doctors all come together and try to make the best decisions for your discomfort. It’s been a very good welcoming to new office and I believe I will be taken care of greatly in the future all the way from the check in procedure to the full doctors office Visit.

Ms Olsen was very patient with me and my coughing, etc and hearing loss. She explained her approach to get me well that I was able to understand. I am on meds for 2 more days and each day so far is a little bit better.
