My 10 minutes eith Olga were spent with Olga telling me what I should have done even though it was not explained to me on my chart. This could have been accomplished with a phone call or accurate my chart instructions. What a way to waste my time and morning. Olga and I are now on the same page.

I felt the provider made assumptions about my compliance to diet based on recent data rather than looking at my data over the past year. I felt like she wasn’t fully listening to me about my symptoms. Ultimately she agreed to do a urinalysis as I was concerned about an infection.

Very patient and explained what taking Estrogen cream will with my condition help. I now have put to rest the usage will be not affect me systematically.
I like Olga because she seems to understand my concerns without judgement.
