Dr. Sam clearly read my pre-visit notes, responded to additional concerns I expressed during the visit, covered a lot of information quickly in a way that never felt rushed. She was able to delegate care between in-person and MyChart/Online communication in a way that makes sense to me - that allowed for time to be spent where it’s needed (in-person, chart review/assessment) for the best possible care.

Dr Sam has been a person who you can easily talk to. She shows interest and concern in any problems. She responds quickly to patient portal questions.

As I already said, Dr. Sam has always found any issues during my six-month checkup and I feel that that is the reason why I feel so good at 84 years old.
