I had a really great appointment. The only thing I would say is the appointment itself did seem pretty rushed. I felt like I was in and out of the room in under 10 minutes. There was a couple of things I wanted to address and I did mention them briefly, but the recommendations I was given based on that were very short and pretty generic just to see a provider elsewhere for more in-depth on that specific issue. So I just wish it was a little bit more thorough and taking more time to listen rather than just answering the basic questions. But it was just an annual physical. So that's pretty much what's expected.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
My appointment was to satisfy a requirement to obtain a refill on a weight loss medication. NP Ohlman talked to me about lifestyle changes and nutrition. She only spoke about the actual number of pounds I had lost at the end of the appointment. She cares about the whole person not just today’s number on a scale. I was impressed

It was a good experience. I was called back quickly, the process was done with little discomfort, and I was back out in less than an hour. Great experience!

Was not impressed. Diana asked about the blood pressure, but never took it Felt like they were in a hurry. I felt we wasted our time. My time is worth something too, & it wasn’t well spent in this office! Not happy about any of this!

I only had one visit with the nurse practitioner, so I can't answer all these questions about sending somebody there when you haven't been there but once. It's a little early for all that. Everything else was okay.
