Overall, it was a good visit. I really appreciate Dr O following up with me on my lab results and providing guidance for next step care. A first in the 10 years I've been going to that practice, albeit under a myriad of owners.

This visit was a follow up from a hospital stay, It took about a half hour Dr. Ogundipe Was very thorough, went over a lot of information medication changes, different tests that needed to be done, labs, set up appointments with different doctors.

Dr. O is very pleasant, She listens and is very compassionate. I look forward to my visits with her, and i leave very satisfied that my issues were addressed. She's the only reason I am still with this practice. It used to be horrible, thanks Dr O

Regarding the survey item "Explains things in a way that you understood," I think if I leave without understanding it's my fault for not asking questions, and provider is very good at encouraging questions.

You do not allow providers with adequate time for patients. Nurses who call back if a question is sent in are the worst anywhere
